Who should apply
Anyone in Lagos or Abuja who is serious about a hands-on career in solar. A background in electrical work, roofing or any trade helps, but is not required.

- The training is completely free.
- There is no pay, stipend or allowance for trainees.
- Sygnite does not cover transport, accommodation or feeding.
- Classes are in person in Lagos or Abuja only. No remote option and no relocation support.
- Finishing the program may lead to being considered for work with Sygnite or our installer network. It is not a guarantee of a job.

Become an independent installer
Graduate strong and you can be taken on as an independent Sygnite installer, working with us on real projects.
