- Return Eligibility and Timeframe
1.1. Eligible Items: The following products are eligible for return:
- Inverters
- Batteries
- Monitoring devices (if not installed or seal is unbroken)
1.2. Ineligible Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Cable kits and brackets
- Can hub and racks
1.3. Return Initiation Timeline: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Returns initiated beyond this timeline may not be accepted.
- Standard Return Procedure
2.1. Initiation:

2.2. Returning at a Sygnite Office:
- You can also return the item directly to any Sygnite office located at:
o Lagos: Chancery House (Ground Floor), 5, C & I Leasing Drive, Lekki Phase 1
o Abuja: (Suite 2, Wing D) Hafsat Plaza, 472 Constitution Avenue, Central Business Area
- Our Sygnite Support Staff will assist you with the return process.
2.3. Shipping the Item:
- If you are unable to bring the item to our office, please contact our Sygnite Support Staff or the designated contact person to arrange for shipping.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to the nearest Sygnite office.
- Return Conditions
3.1. Packaging and Condition:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all seals, accessories, and manuals.
- Please ensure that the item is in a resalable condition.
3.2. Timeline for Return:
- Customers within Lagos and Abuja must return the item(s) within 2 business days from the date of return initiation.
- Customers outside Lagos and Abuja must return the item(s) within 3 business days from the date of return initiation.
- Refund Process
4.1. Verification and Approval:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and verify the claim.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
4.2. Exchange or Refund:
- If the claim is approved, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund, depending on the availability of the requested item.
- If the requested item is available, we will arrange for an exchange.
- If the requested item is out of stock or no longer available, we will initiate a refund.
- Required Documents for Refund
- To process a refund, please provide the following documents:
o Invoice/Receipt
o Sygnite Return Form
o Waybill (shipping document)
- Acceptable Reasons for Refund
- We accept refund requests for the following reasons:
o Wrong products delivered
o Defective products
